1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the order
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, used or worn scarves and shawls are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Change of mind after purchase
Color or texture differences due to screen/display variations
Sale, discounted, or promotional items
Customized or special-order products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include:
Order number
Clear photos or video showing the issue
Brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a Benang Istanbul error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by us
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible
